Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders processed by 12PM EST are shipped same day. Orders processed after 12PM EST are shipped the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Restricted Shipping States
Due to varying laws in different states, we are only able to accept or ship orders to the following states.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times of our partnering carriers.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
TPB Marketplace only ships to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Products ordered from www.tpbmarketplace.com include state excise tax and those taxes are paid to the states on the customer's behalf. However, TPB Marketplace is not responsible for any customs or additional county/city excise taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, other taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
All TPB Marketplace products may be returned within thirty (30) days from delivery if there are manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or order discrepancies.
TPB Marketplace is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Return and Refund Instructions
- Start the return process by messaging us at our ”Contact” page, calling Customer Support at 502-536-7487, or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The customer must include the order number, return items, quantities, reason for the return claim, and preferred resolution (refund or replacement product).
- Claims will be evaluated by a Customer Support representative prior to accepting a return.
- A Customer Support representative will authorize the return within policy guidelines and issue a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
- The customer shall attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the exterior of a shipping box and return the shipping box to the carrier.
- Once we receive and evaluate the return against the applicable claim, we will refund the customer or ship replacement product within 5-7 business days
